
Be Yourself Better applies the latest research-based techniques from the fields of positive psychology, behavioural economics and neuroscience to teach six powerful choices that fuel positivity and productivity.
The programme is divided into two main focuses - Mindset - be at your best and Beliefs - make your best better.
We will first focus on mindset and cover choices 1-3, helping you master your mindset. The second focus covers choices 4-6, going deeper to help you master your beliefs.
In preparation for each module all you'll need is a pen, note pad and a pack of post-it notes (if you have them).
To get the max out of each weekly session bring an open mind and a playful spirit... I'll do the rest :-)
