Firstly observe you: 

• Pauses: (non-words), pace and tone. Did you pause or race through? 
• Resting hands: did you gesture from the truth and trust plane? Did you use any gestures (Palm flash/ palms down, numbering, this and that)? 
• Eye connection: (one thought > one person & load, aim, fire). Did make eye connection with everyone? Where you talking to your notes rather that the audience? 
• Stance - Face (Smiles & eyebrows up). Feet (both planted and pointing to the audience). Posture (height and space). Head (balanced).  

Secondly pay attention to the structure:

• Did you have a creative opening?
• Did you tell um what you were going to tell um? 
• How much talking did you do around the sign posting? Did you use single word signpost? 
• Did ou signal a transition with pause? 
• Did you use the summary three times? 
• Did you use the word conclusion?
